4. Preparing visual renders or prototypes for your review
5. We’ll keep you involved through every major iteration to make sure we’re aligned.

printing and OPTIMIZATION

Once the model is approved, we optimize it for production:
1. Reinforce stress points and reduce unnecessary volume
2. Hollowing, support strategy, and print orientation for best results
3. Simulation-based testing for performance under load (if required)
4. File prep (STL slicing) tailored to the selected print material and method
5. We also minimize print time and material waste while maintaining part quality.

DESIGN PHASE

You’ll receive draft outputs or initial prints (if applicable) for validation:
